What counts as an edge read?
Any API call that returns or traverses an edge in your graph counts as one edge read. Reading node properties alone does not consume edge read quota.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you at 80% and 100% of your quota. Your API will never be hard-blocked — overages are billed at $0.20 per million additional edge reads.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for startups or open source?
Yes! We offer a 50% discount for early-stage startups (under $1M funding) and free Pro access for qualifying open source projects. Contact us to apply.
Is my data safe?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are SOC2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Enterprise plans include dedicated key management.
